These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scenic 90 Café website and online services (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts, Orders & Payments (if enabled)

If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Payments may be processed by third-party providers; their terms and privacy practices apply. We may decline or cancel orders, and will issue refunds in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

4. Reservations & Catering

Catering and large-party reservations may require a deposit and a final headcount by a stated date. Changes, cancellations, no-shows, and force-majeure events are handled per the confirmation you receive and applicable law. For catering questions: cater@scenic90cafe.com.

5. Menus, Allergens & Nutrition

Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. We handle common allergens in our kitchen; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, coupons, and promotions are subject to the terms provided at purchase or in the promotional materials and applicable law.

7. User Content (reviews, comments, uploads)

If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and share it for operating and promoting the Site and our business. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by Scenic 90 Café or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable order or service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
